This is such a delicious cocktail, and visually pretty too, and it's SOOOOO easy to make!

You'll need vodka (I recommend my Classic Vodka) as well as pineapple juice and Chambord (an amazing black raspberry liqueur)

Take a cocktail shaker, add some ice followed by:

1 part Chambord
2 parts Classic Vodka
3 parts Pineapple juice

Shake well and strain into your glass of choice. Garnish with berries and a strip of citrus peel.
