All online orders are shipped using Australia Post, and will be shipped within three business days of receipt of order. You can track your order with the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email.

During special promotions we will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, however due to the increased number of orders dispatch may be delayed. 

We currently only ship to physical addresses within Australia [ie no PO boxes].

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 on all orders up to $150.00 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150.00.

We also offer a special local delivery service within postcode 6076 for a flat fee of $5.00.  You will be advised of your delivery date in a confirmation email.

Allow 5-7 working days for delivery; Note that this is an estimate only and subject to delivery network capacity.
